How to Place an Order


You can place an order by following the steps below:

1. Access the product detail page.
2. Select your item(s) and add them to your cart.
(For items with multiple wood grain options, please be sure to note your preferred number in the inquiry field before adding the item to your cart. If no preference is indicated, there is a possibility that the wood grain choice will be shipped at random.)
3. After confirming the items in your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
4. Enter your shipping information.
5. Enter your payment information.
6. Review your order details.
7. Confirm the order completion screen.
8. Check your order confirmation email.

※ Once your order is finalized, we cannot accept changes to the order details (e.g., switching to a different product, changing the color, adding gift options, etc.). If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your current order and place a new one.

※ For orders that do not include gift wrapping, all items will be shipped in standard packaging with the product tag (showing the price) and an invoice displaying the item price. Even if the billing name and delivery address differ, our shipping system does not allow for removing the tags or invoice in these cases, so please understand that individual requests cannot be accommodated.

※ For security reasons, we may need to verify the usage status of any credit cards used. If our system determines that there may be unauthorized usage of a credit card, we may cancel the order without prior notification. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Because there is a risk you may not receive our emails, we recommend not using carrier-specific email addresses (e.g., mobile phone carrier emails) when placing an order.

From Order to Delivery

As a general rule, orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped within 2 business days, and orders placed after 12:00 noon are shipped within 3 business days.
※ Excluding pre-order items, made-to-order items, and custom products.

※ Pre-order items will be shipped sequentially once they arrive in stock.

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

Shopping Cart Policy

When you add an item to your shopping cart, that information will be retained for 48 hours. If 48 hours pass, the items in your cart will be automatically removed. Additionally, the shopping cart uses browser cookies. If you reset your browser or clear its data, items in your cart will be deleted.

Regarding Pre-Order Items

We cannot accept orders that combine pre-order items with regular items. Please place your order for pre-order items separately.
– We also cannot accept orders combining items that have different estimated arrival times. Please order such items individually.
※ Due to our ordering system, it is technically possible to put both pre-order items and regular items (or items with different arrival dates) together in the cart. However, please note that if you check out in a single combined order, in principle we will ship all items together once the pre-order items have arrived.

International Shipping

Depending on the nature of our products, shipping to certain countries may not be feasible. Shipping fees and conditions vary by destination country, so please contact us before making your purchase.
